Rules of behavior

When you enter the church you have to make the sign of the cross and bow slightly. Then you go to the altar and kiss the icon placed in front of it (for women: please no signs of lipstick on the icon) and make the sign of the cross bowing towards the people around us. The church is a sacred place made for church-goers and their meditation, prayer and the Mass, therefore any disturbing behavior is forbidden. To chat during the Mass is inappropriate and selfish becouse we ignore the other people's need for prayer. The prayer needs peace. Without it we loose concentration we need during the Mass. The best thing is to forget all the problems and worries and dedicate our heart and mind to our Lord. Only this way we will be able to leave the church renovated, cleansed, consacrated, reborn, and regenerated.
